By registering for our yoga retreat, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. Your deposit or initial payment constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

The health, safety, and well-being of our participants are our top priorities. We strive to create a positive and supportive environment for all. We believe in transparency and require all participants to carefully review these terms of service before booking.

CREATING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT

Sunny Daydream Retreats reserves the right to screen all potential participants. We require all participants to complete an intake form and schedule a brief introductory call with our instructors. This helps us ensure that the retreat is a good fit for everyone and that we can provide the best possible experience. 

We will also require a participant to leave the retreat if their behavior is inappropriate or disrespectful. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Respect for the location, retreat, instructors, and fellow participants is essential. We do not tolerate any form of disrespect, including verbal, physical, or other inappropriate behavior.

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS

To prioritize the health and well-being of all participants, Sunny Daydream Retreats requires a COVID-19 rapid test upon arrival. If you test positive, we will assist you in finding alternative accommodations if you wish, but you will be responsible for the associated costs. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the retreat. The health of all participants and instructors is our top priority.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Deposits: Retreat deposits are 30% of the total cost and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please carefully review the specific details for each retreat, including the indicated final payment dates.

Full Payment: Please review the terms of your personal payment plan. In all cases, full payment is due exactly 4-weeks prior to the retreat.

For Sunshine in Salento, full payment (remaining 70%) is due by: May 4th, 2025

Cancellation:

• More than four weeks prior to the retreat: A percentage will be refunded based on your personal payment plan.

• Within four weeks of the retreat: No refund will be issued.

• Non-attendance: No refund will be issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

While cancellations are generally unexpected, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. It's essential to review our cancellation policies carefully, as exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, illness, or personal emergencies. Refunds or credits are not available for missed portions of the retreat, late arrivals, or early departures.

We strongly advise purchasing your own travel insurance, including trip cancellation insurance to cover medical issues that may arise before or during the retreat. Additionally, trip insurance should provide coverage for medical expenses in case of accidents while on the retreat.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Sunny Daydream Retreats and all its staff (collectively, "Agents") act solely as agents for the participant in all matters related to travel, sightseeing, and transportation. Agents are not responsible for any damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, including late departures, schedule changes, strikes, or loss or damage to personal belongings.

Agents are not liable for personal injury, death, accidents, delays, losses, damages, irregularities, or property damage resulting from force majeure or any other causes beyond their control. This includes acts of negligence by transportation, accommodation, or sightseeing providers.

Participants assume the risks associated with yoga, foreign travel, and any activities undertaken during the retreat. We are not medical professionals, and the retreat does not constitute medical advice. If you have any health concerns, please consult with a healthcare provider before participating. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by you during the retreat, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or property damage.

During the retreat, Agents will provide safe instruction and a safe environment, but participants are responsible for their own self-care and any injuries incurred. Modifications can be made to accommodate participants with specific needs. Those with doubts about their physical ability should consult a healthcare professional before participating. By booking a Sunny Daydream Retreat and participating in its activities, you confirm that you have consulted a healthcare professional or are confident in your health and fitness to engage in advanced-level yoga, meditation, and outdoor activities, including those in warm environments.

Any disputes between participants and Sunny Daydream Retreats will be governed by UK law and must be mediated before legal action. Any litigation will take place in the UK, and the prevailing party may recover attorney's fees and court costs.

These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Sunny Daydream Retreats and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
