Dani Dinardo

Dani is a yoga, movement and mindfulness teacher originally from Italy, currently based in Glasgow, UK. Yoga truly changed Dani’s life during the 2020 lockdown, improving her physical and mental health. She is passionate about sharing these practices in the hope to inspire others to become more present in their lives.

She encourages her students to slow down, reconnect to their breaths and cultivate awareness to the present moment. Her teaching style is both gentle and impactful, integrating traditional methods with modern techniques to offer a meaningful experience.

Dani's inclusive approach ensures that everyone feels welcomed and supported on their journey towards well-being. She also loves cooking homemade food and spending time in nature, bringing these passions into Sunny Daydream Retreats to create a nurturing and holistic environment for the guests.
